HORIZON DATASYS GOLD SUPPORT

This premium support service allows you and/or your organization to receive unlimited and priority technical support.  Annual Maintenance also alerts our clients of new builds, patches and future updates as they become available.  Benefits also include in-version updates for free and discounts on all new products including new versions.

Software upgrade policy

SALES / SUPPORT POLICY

All customers receive In-Version updates, patches and builds for FREE.  Any new versions of our products, as defined in our software upgrade policy, are required to be purchased.  Customers that have purchased our annual maintenance along with their product will receive immediate notifications of new builds and version upon release.  Furthermore, they are entitled to discounted (50%) pricing on new versions.
