A single site is a single building that has a single physical address. The site license enables organizations to install our software onto a maximum of 1000 workstations throughout a physical building. If your organization consists of more than four (4) physical buildings it would be more cost effective to select the Unlimited License.

** Unlimited Sites
A mulitple location organization such as a corporation may have multiple sites or buildings with different physical addresses. The unlimited license allows institutions/organizations to install our software on unlimited PC's at unlimted sites that are owned/leased by the licensed organization.
Platinum Care is our advanced support level agreement that is designed for Commercial organizations, Government agencies, Libraries and educational institutions that require a flexible upgrade path in conjunction with price protection for large deployment. Platinum care clients receive our priority ticket response (gauranteed 5 business hours), Phone support along with notifications of important new builds, hotfixes and patches. Platinum Care is a service level agreement is available to clients that purchase a minimum of 5 licenses for thier organization or educational institution.
Our Platinum Maintenance is sold as an option and is approx 20% of the license cost per year. We do provide discounts to clients that wish to purchase two and three years support packages at the time of purchase.
If you elect NOT to purchase a Platinum support package, your organization will still receive our premium support which includes, E-mail, Chat, and ticketing support through our support portal. However, you would miss out on our Platinum upgrade path, customization, deployment assistance and volume based price protection.
